Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship globally.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to: Belarus, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Myanmar, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, or Yemen.
When will my order be shipped and how?
We normally dispatch products within 1 to 2 business day of receiving an order.
We use DHL express and all our shipments are made with delivery against signature to avoid thefts in the mailboxes.
Does the price include VAT, tariffs/duties/custom fees?
Prices exclude VAT, tariffs/duties/ custom fees, so you may be subject to additional duties and taxes, these costs will be issued by your local customs authorities.
Is shipping included?
Yes, shipping is included for all order above $100 usd.
What is your return policy?
We have a 14 day return policy, no questions asked, subject to to the below conditions:
- you have returned the products to us within 14 days of your purchase of the product through our Site;
- the products are in their original packaging and in an unused condition; and
- you have contacted us to initiate the return, using the details set out below.
To initiate a change of mind return, as set out above, you should email hello@watiqwatches.com, with the following details:
1. your name;
2. your order number; and
3. the reason for your return.

The returning costs will be borne by the customer and you must use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. If you do not use a tracking service and purchase a shipping insurance and that the product is lost, Watiq will not refund you.
What does the warranty cover?
Watches:
Our warranty covers all manufacturing defects occurring during normal use, as described in the following conditions. We will replace free of charge any defective components due to a manufacturing error found by our workshop.
Please note that the warranty is not applicable in the following cases:
1. Theft, loss.
2. Wear and tear and normal aging of the watch (scratched glass, impact on the case...)
3. All types of damage to the entire watch (or part of it) resulting from improper handling or use, lack of maintenance, negligence, accident (drop, scratch, crush, broken glass, etc.), improper use of the watch or failure to follow the instructions provided by Baltic.
All types of damage indirectly related or consequential to normal wear and tear of the watch, such as non-functioning, defects or inaccuracies of the Baltic watch.
Straps and accessories:
With regard to bracelets and accessories, our warranty covers all manufacturing defects that appear during normal use, as described in the following conditions. We will replace (free of charge) a defective item due to a manufacturing error noticed by our workshop (aesthetic defect, stitching, damaged leather, scratched buckle...)
Please note that the warranty is not applicable in the following cases:
1. Theft, loss.
2. Wear and tear and normal aging of the article (discoloration of the leather, etc...)
3. All types of damage resulting from improper handling or use, negligence, accident (scratches, etc.), improper use of the item.
How long is the warranty valid for?
The warranty is valid for a period of 1 year from the date of order.
